Stopped in today to buy a part for my power washer. The nice gentleman instead of trying to sell me the part took mine and fixed it at NO CHARGE!! Thank you.. I will definitely return if. I need any work done with my lawn mower.

We’ve had several mowers serviced by Tim over the years. He’s always friendly and reliable and seems very knowledgeable. He always takes the time to talk explain issues if there are any and gets the job done in a reasonable amount of time.

I stopped in to have my residential power washer and chainsaw fixed. Typical 'won't start after not using for awhile problem', and the owner Tim diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. He had them both repaired and in good working condition in less than 2 weeks, and all at a fair price. Tim was incredibly personable, friendly, and easy to talk to. Plus his 3 lovely dogs are super friendly as well :) I appreciated that while Tim knows his work, he did not talk down to me at all for not knowing the machines as well, did not use a lot of complex machine jargon, etc. Also gave me some advice on how to avoid simple problems in the future. Also I noticed sincere honesty on the invoice; both jobs took less than an hour, but he was fairly specific (.6 hours, for example) as opposed to just rounding up to the nearest hour or half hour to inflate the price.

I hope I don't need to have my items repaired that often of course, but when I do, I will be going back for sure!

The owner Tim is fantastic. He is honest, doesn't charge you for things you don't need, very reasonably priced & unlike the big companies he wont take 6-months to fix it. Highly recommend Tim & his company, he repairs & maintains all of my yard equipment & I have been very happy with his service.
