T3 Performance

This training facility is excellent, and right in my backyard. I initially joined the adult gym, and then realized they have such an awesome indoor training facility for athletes. I got my kid into some of the classes too. Every coach I have come across is excellent, they know their stuff and take their work very seriously. The equipment is exactly what I need and it keeps getting updated regularly. This is my place to be.

Didn’t know what to expect when I signed up for personal training at T3. Al I can say is that I’m making progress beyond my expectations. Great staff. Trainers Steve and Brad are great motivators, taking me to levels I’ve never reached before. In addition, their technical knowledge in which are the best exercises for my goal and the proper form is amazing. I’m excited!

I started working out in the adult gym 2 months ago and love it. The facility is great, always clean and well kept. It doesn’t ever get too crowded. The staff and trainers are very welcoming and make sure to help in anyway they can. I’m very happy with my experience so far

This is the third gym in the area I’ve been to, and it’s the by far the best. SUPER knowledgeable trainers always willing to help. All the equipment you need. Great atmosphere

Phenomenal facility comprised of an intelligent, supportive and determined staff. The trainers passionately work to improve proper form, endurance and mental resilience of their athletes. Would absolutely recommend this facility to those attempting to cultivate Top-Tier skills in their respective sports, as well as those simply trying to live a healthy, driven lifestyle.
