  NGS fitness came highly recommended by a friend and I must say Dame didnt disappoint. I brought my son in to work on his strength, speed, agility, and balance and he has made great strides in every area. Dame is very knowledgeable, flexible with his time, and a great confidence builder. If you're looking for a trainer NGS fitness is the way to go, it might be bigger places out there, but I guarantee their are none better.

  We were referred to NGS Fitness by our Barber, who's grandkids attend. Coach D has been such an asset to my sons fitness journey and aiding in his growth. The communication and flexibility is superb, as well. I would definitely recommend NGS for any fitness goals or training.

  I was looking for somewhere to help my daughter get faster. She hates to work out and hates running. I searched gyms in the area and found Damen. Aubrey has gotten stronger faster and she absolutely enjoys her working out with him. The gym is always clean and Damen is very flexible with our schedule. He has improved her confidence and makes her laugh as well as her speed endurance, and Strength. I would recommend anyone going with Ngs Fitness!

  Coach D has been such an amazing influence on our daughter. He has incredible knowledge of not only the physical aspects of athletic growth and development (speed, strength, and agility) but also the mental aspects (confidence, persistence, and focus.) His approach is the perfect balance between meeting her at her skill level and motivating her to push through to the next level. Since working with Damond, she has grown by leaps and bounds in her confidence and genuine enjoyment of the sports she participates in. She even wakes early on Saturdays, if you can believe it, to get to her workouts!! As parents, we feel such pride as we watch her set goals and crush them with Coach D's encouragement and guidance. There truly is no one better!😊

  I personally did the one on one training sessions with Daymond and I really enjoyed it. He always made sure that I executed the different exercises exactly how they are supposed to be to get the best results. He is also very knowledgeable on the different muscles and tendons and how to stretch them or work them out. Additionally, your workout regime he gives you is tailored to what sports you do or what aspects of your athleticism you want to work on. I had a good time and these workout sessions prepared me for my track season.
