Economy Drain was able to get to our house fast and did a very thorough job with our septic inspection, maintenance, and repair. He even took the time to help me get a solid idea of the layout and location of the leech bed lines in our yard while inspecting them. I'd definitely recommend their service to anyone.

27 March 2023 Economy Drain sent a tech named Jacob out within three hours of my call on a Monday morning. Jacob was very presentable and professional and well spoken. The truck was well equipped and he had all of the specialized tools he needed to do the job. Our clog was way down at the street and hard to get at. We ended up needing the large mechanical snake and the water jet to clear the pipe. Afterward, we saw the full video inspection of the entire pipe all the way to the street, so we know it is clear and not about to clog again. Their initial quote is for one hour working to clear the clog after that, there is an hourly charge. I feel the final bill was reasonable, and not the sort of nightmare scenario you often hear about. Bottom line is that I know exactly what condition my sewer line is in and why it was clogged, so aside from being an emergency clearing, this also counts as periodic maintenance that homeowners should do. I can't say enough about this company. Office personnel are very friendly and courteous. The 2 gentlemen that were sent out were very knowledgeable, friendly and didn't keep me guessing as to what the problem was. They corrected the problem in a timely manner, explained everything they were doing and even cleaned up after themselves. If you are in need of an excellent company this is the one. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Great value, impeccable work. They say you get what you pay for - not in this case - extremely reasonable price over many other quotes I received and the work was top notch.
