Happy Smiles - Horn Lake

The owner of Happy Smiles is a dentist there. He is extremely rude and gets frustrated with children that has anxiety. If your child is afraid of the dentist this is not the place for them. He will yell at the kids and talk to you like you’re his child. He needs anger management. I’m currently researching a new dentist. You’ve been warned.

This location is much smaller than others, so less options. The only problem I have is with their produce, it is not always good and sometimes it's a bit gross. I've seen this at other grocery stores, produce rotting instead of in the trash, so I'm not sure what the deal is.

Their shelves are full. No shortages like other stores. Close to my house and the checkout girls are always nice. Prices are still good compared to other stores.

This place is awesome! The staff is friendliest. They make each child feel so comfortable. My girls and I absolutely love it!

My first time going I was pleased with everyone ESPECIALLY Ms. Honey she was super nice and she treated my child with extra care she talked to her let her know what she was doing gave her toys and made her feel very comfortable I would recommend this place to anyone! They are definitely friendly😊😊

The staff at this office are friendly, nurturing, reassuring and very kid positive! They go above and beyond to make the children AND parents feel at ease with processes and procedures. My boys absolutely enjoyed their visit yesterday! Kudos to whomever the hiring manager is, they have a knack for picking amazing employees for represent their company!

My child was very comfortable beginning to end. The movie Theater theme is really cool!! He woke up the next morning telling me how much he liked the dentist and how nice Miss Cricket was!! It must be a great place to work because they were FULLY staffed and everyone had smiles!

Amazing group of people! Very fast and friendly.
I have a very nervous 5 year old and they were extremely calm and understanding throughout the entire process! He loved getting his “surprise” at the end! Highly recommend this awesome group!
