Cottom's Wildlife Removal

Great service. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable, from the front office to the service men that came to my house. They made sure I knew exactly what I was up against and how to solve my problem. Excellent job, highly recommend.

We were having issues with bats getting in the house. Cottom’s was highly professional and took great care of us from start to finish. They were able to explain everything to me step by step in great detail before they ever even arrived. During the inspection, they pointed out everything I had questions about and then some. Took the time to thoroughly inspect the property and show me exactly what was happening. They truly went above and beyond to handle my issue as quickly as possible, even finding time to squeeze me in to their very hectic schedule, for which I was truly grateful.

I asked for an estimate from Cottom's for remediating an area of my drywall and insulation that has been damaged from a previous pest problem in my home. A technician came to my home and inspected the area, but unfortunately the remediation service I was looking for wasn't something Cottom's could provide. Both the technician and the office staff were incredibly professional, understanding, and honest and I appreciate their efforts even if we did not accomplish what I had envisioned. I appreciate the time and effort of Cottom's staff in providing some useful information for me to use as I work to remedy said issue.

Their team worked all afternoon to remove multiple bird nests from our exhaust vents. They were professional, friendly, and thorough. Additionally, the administrative staff was quick to respond with scheduling and quoting. Highly recommend!

We had raccoons in the attic of a rental property. These guys came and inspected told us what they needed to do what they could do and what they couldn’t do. They gave us a quote we had them do the work.They came on the day they said they would at the time that they said they would come. The guys are very knowledgeable very friendly and willing to explain everything that they were doing. They were there for a very short time because they had everything they needed and knew what they were doing. We appreciate the quality of work that they did.
