“Resistance Lab provides you with the fundamentals for self defense for everyday life. The lead instructor, Chris is very knowledgeable in many disciplines or delivery systems. The atmosphere of members is inviting to anyone who wants to learn self defense and have a enjoyable experience with most importantly to have fun while learning. The knowledge that you gain and training can be applied to real life scenarios or situations if you dedicate yourself to learning each day you enter the training facility. The facility offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a combat sport, that's uses grappling, ground fighting, and submission holds which can be applied to defending yourself in the street. The school also offers Muay Thai, a combat sport from Thailand, that involves stand-up striking along with clinching when in close quarters with another person or human. Other disciplines include Escrima, a national art of the Phillipines, that teaches weapon based fighting involving knifes, sticks, or other bladed weapons for self defense. The training will push you physically, mentally, and spiritually with fitness and combat self defense involved in all classes. It is a great place to learn and get in shape so you can live your life knowing you are safer with the knowledge that you can acquire from all the training. I highly recommend this training facility for any male or female who wishes to learn self defense and improve their overall physical fitness!”

“Called to discuss their services. Initial call was terrific. They were responsive, answered all my questions, and had good availability for service. They have a nice follow up system in between the scheduled appointment and the initial call. A text to remind me and an email with info on how to prepare for the service. They called me before arriving on the day of, as I requested. Actual service was also great. He identified areas I didn't even notice and suggested some products to address the issues. He was very friendly and the carpets look and smell great. Very reasonably priced, I would use again for sure!”

“I started riding here and have been doing it for over 2 years and love it! They have amazing horses and if you start riding here, you will be put on a loving pony named Rugar. I love the coaches. The horses are so sweet and enjoy the treats I bring. Overall, it's a nice place to ride and I recommend! You really learn a lot there.”
