Trusted Journey‘s service was wonderful. I was so worried about my vet sending my fur baby to a place I was not familiar with but they exceeded my expectations and treated my boy with dignity and respect until the end. His ashes were quickly returned to me in a beautiful wooden box, as well as a patch of his fur and a paw print which I will cherish forever. Thank you Trusted Journey for making the grieving process a little easier for us.
We just got our beloved Dutchess back Thursday. We were very happy when we picked her up. Her ashes were in a velvet blue bag inside a beautiful chest, which was also inside a velvet bag and there was a name plate for the chest. We have been through this before and we are grateful for the care you took to makes this a better experience than in our past! Thank you for taking great care of our fur baby!
My vet used this service and as painful as it is to go through this, they did a beautiful job with my sara lee - they sent a card with some snips of her hair, a plaster paw print that was nicely boxed. Her ashes were in a beautiful carved wood box inside a velvet bag. It came with an adhesive metal name plate. The box was also in a blue velvet bag and everything came in an elegant dark blue gift bag. It brings me a little bit of peace to know that my furbaby was handled with such care and respect to the very end.
I received my boy, Boots yesterday. His beautiful wooden box is perfect.
Thank you for providing a way for us fur-parents a way to keep out beloved four foots.
His paw print…. Well, it’s ok. Looks like someone was in a hurry but Boots was weird so a weird paw print is fitting.
Thank you again for making this unbelievably difficult time a little easier.

My BooBoo died at home at the age of 14.5. He was diagnosed with heart failure and I was told it was highly unlikely he would make it 6 months even on medication. I drove over two hours to get him to his cardiologist and gave him medications knowing it was just giving me a little more time. He was the first cat that I ever had so losing him has been painfully hard. I really wanted to bury him but his sudden death didn’t give me time to get it all in place and think clearly so I received his ashes in a beautiful box with his name etched in it and I placed his picture in it. I also received the paw necklace with his ashes in it then I have been wearing daily. I also received fur clippings and a card and a name plaque with the words I chose on it to display near his picture. I received everything within a week I think. It is expensive but it gave me memories. I miss him so much but I thank Trusted Journey in taking care of him after he received his Angel wings
