“I'm writing this review and giving this location 5 stars for only one reason, Adam - the site foreman is absolutely fantastic and amazing help. I'm a private transporter for a dealership in Toronto, Ontario and after a long exhausting drive I was frustrated to find that the vehicle the dealership had purchased was not drivable - I was unable to mount my winch to the trailer and a loader wasn't able to lift the vehicle onto my trailer as it was too big. “We hired R Hammond for 2 recent jobs, a complete porch rebuild and an additional job that required removing a window and replacing it with an exterior door leading to a small deck and stairs. I had problems with my motorized steps and a leaky jack. I had called in a spoke with Nate last week and he said bring it in and we will check it out which I did. Nate immediately helped me on arrival and brought in his technician Jacob to look at the problems. I was impressed they both took the time right then to diagnose the problems order the parts and advise of next steps. They said I made their day by having all my warranty info together but I want to say they made my day in giving me the best service I have ever had and treating me with respect. They knew what they were doing and did not just say "oh leave it with us and we will let you know" typical repair response. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Many thanks to Nate and Jacob a super team...the could teach others how to do business. I would give them 10 stars if i could. Corporate in Houston should give them special recognition. Awesome!”
