They did not pressure us into buying a trailer, if we wanted to look at another floorplan they were eager to show us one. They answered all of our questions and were very professional. We took over three weeks deciding if a camper would be the right fit for our family. CiCi was our salesperson and did an excellent job making us comfortable understanding what it means to own a travel trailer. “True transmission expert and master mechanic. We have had 3 different vehicles have transmissions failures and all have ended up being diagnosed and resolved by Johnny. Each one was done correctly and drove perfect. The real kicker is my vehicle broke down in Cincinnati, I left it at a local reputable shop to diagnose and each attempt they failed to find the problem. 8 months and $1300 later I decided to trailer the car back up North to have Johnny look at it. Within 2 days Johnny found the issue (electrical) and resolved it. Since my car sat for so long, I also needed all new brakes and brake lines and within a week I was cruising in my car again. I work on my own cars to an extent but when I need a true mechanic I reach out to Johnny. I have been treated with great customer service and honesty each time.”
