“Today I had a very good experience with Holiday World Mesquite. I had purchased my RV at the Alvarado location but the Mesquite location was much closer to my home. I had problems with my motorized steps and a leaky jack. I had called in a spoke with Nate last week and he said bring it in and we will check it out which I did. Nate immediately helped me on arrival and brought in his technician Jacob to look at the problems. I was impressed they both took the time right then to diagnose the problems order the parts and advise of next steps. They said I made their day by having all my warranty info together but I want to say they made my day in giving me the best service I have ever had and treating me with respect. They knew what they were doing and did not just say "oh leave it with us and we will let you know" typical repair response. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
