Noticed our heat wasn’t kicking on the night before, got up early and put in a call for service. Someone came out and it was repaired in a few hours. 👍

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE, ESPECIALLY FOR SENIORS. ALL ON ONE FLOOR. NO STEPS TO CLIMB. GARAGE ALSO ON ONE FLOOR. NO SNOW TO SHOVEL, NO GRASS TO CUT, EASY LIVING. WASHER AND DRYER OFF KITCHEN ON SAME FLOOR. TWO BEDROOMS AND TWO BATHS. NO MAINTENANCE TO DO AND THE MAINTENANCE MEN ARE VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. I MAY NEVER LEAVE HERE. THANKS TO OUR MANAGER AND ALL WHO WORK HERE. GREAT PEOPLE.

I emailed a work order request, stating that my AC was not working. I got an instant response that someone would be by within the hour, since they were out on another call. Since I'm new to Redwood, I wasn't sure how this would play out. I was very happy with the results! Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. So happy I moved here!! Thanks so much 😊!
