I couldn’t be happier with my experience at EJ&R. Toni & Bill were knowledgeable and polite as they guided me through the process of resetting my parents original 1950 wedding bands. Instead of tucked away in a drawer, I now enjoy a beautiful, treasured necklace. I was also pleased to discover that a 17 yr old apprentice created my piece perfectly, which just added to this lovely visit. I LOVE this jeweler! They take the best care of their customers. I went in for a cleaning a year ago and I mentioned that my ring was missing a diamond. I was told it would take about 7 days for the diamond to be replaced. This made me uneasy as I did not want to be without my ring for that long. I went in for a cleaning today and was blown away when I was told my diamond would be replaced in an hour compared to 7 days! I will always go to Elyria Jewelers for my jewelry needs!!

The employees here are so wonderful. They genuinely care about giving you a great experience and and are very knowledgeable. Bill, the owner, worked with my budget and designed me a beautiful wedding band. They are very timely and easy to get a hold of. Really appreciate superior customer service like this these days!

I had the best experience at Elyria Jewelers and Repair! I was looking for an opal necklace. Bill showed me some beautiful opals he had just got in. I happened to choose his favorite one. He got to work with Matthew and came up with several design options for me to choose from. They kept me updated throughout the entire process of creating a custom piece. Bills excitement and enthusiasm for this project made the process fun. My necklace is stunning!!! Thank you to Bill and everyone at Elyria Jewelers and Repair for taking such great care of me!
