I come here for both personal and family counseling and love the counselors and staff. Amazing jobs all around. I appreciate how educated the counselors are, combined with their ability to be very practical. Additionally, the building is cozy and helps lower my stress about being in counseling.

Nautica is wonderful and even though we have only been a few times so far she has already helped my son improve with handling his emotions better. We still have some progress to make but I am pleased with the service so far. Thank you.

I got my initial apt through their website, and instantly was put with a therapist who could work with DBT with me. As people with bpd know it’s hard to find specialists who can perform this treatment. I was then given a referral to their psychiatrist. He asked many thorough questions and genuinely seemed to understand me. I’m happy to be on my way to a proper diagnosis and mental stability now when it was so hard to find the help I wanted anywhere else.
