Elyria High School

Most people see or hear Elyria High and would rather send their kids to a "safer" place like Midview or EC. Elyria High School is a fine establishment and a hell of a school despite this public stigma. The building is new, big, and beautiful with a variety of resources available whether that be athletic or academic. Athletes are very likely to be recognized as we are a Division 1 school in a very tough and prestigious conference. You're not going to like everyone as some people are really bad and annoying, but every high school has people like that. I'm a sophomore and if I were to say one thing about this place, it'd be that its real. There's no degree of fakeness and cliques are practically non-existent. Although they have a ton of students to take care of, the staff care greatly about us aside from those rude ladies in the office. I wish that so many people weren't afraid to send their children to our school as it does an amazing job under our city's unfortunate financial circumstances.

This is my Alma Mata. I miss the times and friends that I made and met here during my years as a student as well as growing up here in my hometown. Once a Pioneer, Always a Pioneer!
