More Hydrated with Less Water
I have learned that I need to drink less water to remain properly hydrated after I started using the portable structured water unit. I used to drink three liters of water a day, more on days when I exercised. Now I only need two liters a day to remain properly hydrated.

I have purchased Structured Water Units from Natural Action Technologies. I've used the water poured through this unit to drink, eliminate poison ivy itching and hasten healing and for mosquito and chigger bites. I do not have to go to the bathroom nearly as often. I did a test on 3 sets of tomato plants with the same soil, lighting and from the same packet. I watered them with tap water, structured water from the tap poured 3x through the unit, and well water. The results were that 90% of the plants watered with structured water were larger, had thicker stems and grew into healthier tomato plants.
