American Wilderness Campground

This is our first year as seasonal campers and we love it here! Office is very helpful the other campers are friendly and include you in all the activities they have here. And nice spots for weekend rentals as well friends stayed and enjoyed the cabins as well

Nice place to go camping over the weekend. We just returned home, it was our first time camping here, but we will definitely be back. Short ride from Cleveland, affordable rates, beautiful views, friendly staff.

This is an amazing place to come by yourself, bring the family, whatever you want. The staff is absolutely amazing and very considerate. There is primitive camping with no electric, camping with electric and places for campers. There is two playgrounds, a game room, a volleyball court, basketball court, a swimming lake, and a fishing lake. They usually have some kind of activity going on during the summer. I don’t even know where to begin to express how incredible this venue is. We had our wedding here on 7/3/21 and it was magical. Allison was so genuine and professional to make sure everything would go the way in how we wanted it from the paperwork, to the set up. I highly recommend American wilderness campground and couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating staff and picture perfect venue to have for our big day :)
