* Patrick as a Mobile Mechanic, Timely returned initial call.
* informed me of his schdule.
* called from previous job 2 inform me that he was on his way.
* promptly addressed situation with my car and gave his possible scenario of potential problem.
* had proper equipment to analyze and diagnose potential problem with my car which lead him straight to problem area.
* He quickly discovered that ignition coil was damaged upon removing it, and predictively announced engine rod more than likely had slammed into spark plug destroying it and ignition coil in 2nd cylinder of my car. In fact, he was correct.
* Patrick didn't dance around the scenario of the event nor try to lead me down a path of unnecessary mechanical work to boost a bill, he simply stated I needed a new engin. Which I was not overly surprised with a car that Was 21 years old 180,000 miles, burning oil 4 the past 4 plus years!
* Patrick explained everything clearly that he could change engine out 4 me, but that was not his area of expertise on a daily basis. I respected his honesty.
* $50 Come Out Fee was well worth it to find out correct information about my cars issue and problem without the song and dance show of a lot of mechanic shops out there in tryin 2 sell you additional services!
