I called Doug and what do you know, he told me “box it up and send it to meI’ll get it back as soon as he can”. Well he’s a man of his word. It was repaired on that following Monday and in the mail that afternoon. The work is flawless. Call Doug and the gang over at NavCour if you need anything made in Pyrex or any kind of scientific glassware…he is the man
