Charles Chapman - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recieved several calls from this friendly guy from State Farm trying to sell me insurance. I finally agreed to talk to him. He got the sale. My premiums were automatic so I never heard from anyone after that.
A few months ago my basement was flooded because of sewer backup. (over 2 feet) That night, while driving to McDonalds to charge my phone, I drove into deep water and my car died.
The next morning I called the toll free State Farm number. I couldn't even remember what office sold me my insurance. I found out it was Charles Chapman's office. I called there and spoke to someone. I was told to call a car rental company and get a car. A rental was delivered to me within an hour. My car ended up being a complete loss. My basement had so much damage and loss. Needless to say, the next few days I had so many questions. I called Charles Chapman's office and was guided on each step I needed to take. Everyone that picked up my calls were so helpful, patient, and kind. I was one of thousands that were effected by this storm and it was a seamless process. I am so grateful that I was talked into buying State Farm Insurance from Charles Chapman's office. Their service was exceptional!!

Suhalee Salas is the best insurance agent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I really feel like she's "on my side". 10/10 recommend. :)
