“Several good things about North Park Chevrolet in Castroville. 1. Excellent trade and deal for trading in my 2020 Tundra for a 2022 Trail Boss. The team of Harrison Vaughn (General Manager) and Chuck Huffman (sales) knocked it out of the park. This was my first purchase here and I plan on coming back. 2. Ordered a Ranch Hand grill guard for the new truck through the dealership. Benny in parts kept me posted on its order status and made arrangements for it to be installed in a timely manner that fit my work schedule. Very much appreciated. 3. Giant "kudos" to Harrison Vaughn and the dealership for providing a shuttle service for customers. Due to the shuttle service I didn't have to take off any work time in getting my grill guard installed. I know nothing is "free" so I appreciate Harrison putting out the budget to make this happen. 3a. The shuttle driver, Aaron, was a really professional and enjoyable person to be around. He is a "get things done right" kind of guy who got me where I needed to when I needed to. Excellent driver as well (my background is military and LE so I'm not usually comfortable with other people driving). Hat's off to Aaron. 4.
