He provided personalized care, always knowing what happened in past visits and what plans we had for future visits without reading it from my chart and making me feel like “just another patient.” He remembered my wishes for anesthesia and helped explain what I wanted (and didn’t want) to the anesthesiologist. He told me exactly what I needed to do on my end to get a functional hand again. I’m confident that he is the reason I can use my hand again and I will be forever grateful for that. “My dad had bought yellow roses every anniversary, and other occasions, for my mom since I was young. After he passed my brother and I continued to get her yellow roses. I say that to say, I know yellow roses. This past weekend was my mom's memorial service and I ordered a dozen yellow roses from my favorite florist when I lived in Lorain, Zelek's. I sat in my car and cried when I picked them up. They were the most beautiful yellow roses I had ever seen in my life. I didn't ask for a vase, so they were wrapped up with greens and baby's breath. Every single person that came commented on those stunning roses. The person that took my order, to the staff that handed me tge flowers were all courteous and lovely.
