Geisel is a very reliable company. Their technicians are experienced and knowledgeable. Most of the techs are personable and willing to explain what they're doing or what needs to be done in layman's terms. I have only had one negative experience with them in the last 12 years and they more than compensated for the issue. Omar was the technician today. Very nice person, great service!

I like the yearly plan that not only gives me a preseason check-up on my furnaces, but also the peace of mind that when I need service, I'm not facing a trip charge for subsequent visits.

My furnace is just a little over two years old. It was installed by Geisel in September, 2020. I have it checked twice a year and each time it is checked there has been a leak that makes a puddle inside my furnace with a puddle of rust that leaks out. Every service man so far has said that they have fixed the leak but I am hoping today was the day that it is finally fixed. Your service people are always very polite, clean, and knowledgeable so I am hoping that my leak is finally fixed.
