This place is top notch! Beth and Zach are outstanding with communication and willing to help in any way possible, EVEN AFTER HOURS!!! Very nice and professional. They even check in with you occasionally to make sure you accessed your unit ok and ask if they can do anything else to help you out. Not to mention, it was the best price I found anywhere in the area! Friendly, professional, and the location is very convenient. Highly recommended! Thank you so much guys! I WOULD do business with you again anytime, and twice on Sunday if need be!

Zach's customer service is great. I called him on a Saturday at 2 pm and got a call back in 15 minutes.prices are good , unit was clean and got a follow up call from Zach making sure we were happy with everything. Can't say enough about Zach 's customer serv.Highly recommend Oberlin self storage .

Oberlin Self Storage does not disappoint. Beth is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Quick turn around time from initial inquiry to securing a unit. And the unit was clean and move-in ready! Zach’s post rental text, just to make sure everything was satisfactory, was a nice touch.

My son is in school in Oberlin, Ohio. Finding storage for him was not easy. We were referred to Oberlin Self Storage. I contacted Zach and from the beginning he made the process very easy. He was very accommodating and straightforward and honest with me. I was able to secure a unit with no problems and he helped set everything up from a far. It was very easy once I arrived in town to access the unit which was very clean and felt very safe. I’m very happy with our find and would highly recommend using the facility. I will definitely use it again for our storage needs.
