“I was very happy with Roose & Ressler in working with me to get a favorable decision on my Social Security claim for Disability. Initially I was turned down by the Social Security Administration after fully documenting my disability on their online portal. I was rejected initially by S.S. Office which really upset me as I felt I had really presented my case well. After a few months I contacted Roose & Ressler to review my disability claim and they agreed it was valid and also agreed to take me on as a client. They were with me thru the whole process and even had me write a personal letter on my disability and impact on my ability to work and life in general along with medical documentation. When formal hearing was held in their office remotely with S.S. legal representative they full disclosed how meeting would go and instructed to be just be truthful and facts would speak for themselves. Within a few months a favorable decision came down from Social Security office and a few months after that I was granted a full disability which increased my Social Security monthly check significantly along with a significant back payment deposited to my checking account which has made my life in retirement much better financially. “Dr. Griffith was recommended by my son's orthodontist for some extractions. His staff was kind, knowledgeable and caring throughout the entire process. Dr. Griffith went over and Beyond, during the surgery the doctor found a small piece broken off tooth lodged in my son's gums. No one else has seen this on any x-ray. He was able to remove the fragment of tooth while my son was under anesthesia so we didn't have to come again and repeat the surgery. His bedside manner was flawless, he explained exactly what was going on and how he was going to handle it. He made me feel calm and reassured throughout. I would recommend him to any one.”

“I need to use a cane to walk, and this was observed by the clerk when I came in to prepay for my fuel. She informed me that that particular location, 1161 North Ridge Rd Lorain, OH, has a policy where handicapped drivers can phone the store and inform them that they are coming there for gas. A clerk will come out and take care of everything including paying for fuel and anything from inside the store along with pumping the gas. The clerk was Mary C. and I recommend this store to all handicapped drivers. A plus in my book.”
