“Like most people I dislike dental work. For quite a few years I’ve gone to “chain” dental facilities and it has really turned me off from maintaining proper dental care or getting work done that needed done. So when I say I had a very positive experience here, I mean it! I came in at the last second in extreme pain from an infection I had let go, and they were able to get me in and immediately set me up with a referral to a great specialist, sent me with paperwork and x-rays and all without me having to even ask. I came back to have the work finished and I’m very happy with the outcome. Everyone here was very nice, the doctor is very calming, and even the building and environment was relaxing. I will definitely be making the switch to this office for my future work. The drive is also very reasonable from most places in Lorain county as it’s very close to route 58.”

“Dr Shneyderman is a great dentist. I’ve been seeing her for a couple of years now. Everytime I come in, she goes over my dental plan with me and makes sure I’m comfortable with what she is doing. (She’s had to do a lot of fillings on my teeth this year.) She is always able to pursuade me to come back to finish up my repairs, even tho I am scared to death of that novocaine needle! She’s prob the youngest dentist I’ve ever had but she is def one of the most thourough and professional dentists I’ve ever been to. She really cares about her patients.”

“Dr. Griffith was recommended by my son's orthodontist for some extractions. His staff was kind, knowledgeable and caring throughout the entire process. Dr. Griffith went over and Beyond, during the surgery the doctor found a small piece broken off tooth lodged in my son's gums. No one else has seen this on any x-ray. He was able to remove the fragment of tooth while my son was under anesthesia so we didn't have to come again and repeat the surgery. His bedside manner was flawless, he explained exactly what was going on and how he was going to handle it. He made me feel calm and reassured throughout. I would recommend him to any one.”
