I went in to drop off my ring to be resized (which I am currently waiting on), as well as getting my my husband's ring cleaned. Jaivyen was extremely friendly throughout the entire exchange (which only took about 10 minutes in total, because he also provided fast and efficient service), he took the time to speak with me about my day and displayed phenomenal customer care and attentiveness. Unfortunately in the current world that we live in, there are many people who no longer value customer appreciation. However, today that was not the case. My husband was also very impressed with the way in which he cleaned the ring, and stated that it looked brand new!”
