I am 31 and have done my own hair, and even my mom’s, since I was like 13, up until the beginning of 2019 when I discovered Jill through a friend. I had gotten pretty good at it but I just couldn’t get a good balayage on my own head. I had tried numerous color professionals over the years trying to find someone who could do what I was looking for and it always resulted in me never returning. Plus, I’m a bit socially awkward so conversations or lack thereof made me feel worse about my experiences.

As great as my friends hair was, I was expecting for a similar experience to all my past ones. But not only was she able to give me exactly the vibe I had been searching for for years, she was so easy going that conversation flowed easily from the start and even when there was silence, I never felt weird about it.

My biggest attraction to hair color is crazy dimension and Jill delivers! I get a low maintenance balayage because it’s best for my busy lifestyle so I have only gone to her 3 times, but every time, I asked her to do something very different and every time I walked, no.... skipped out extremely happy. I show her an inspiration pic or two and she does her thing. It always ends up even better than the photo because she does it in a way to flatter me, personally.

I recommend Jill to everyone I know, and will forever. Even during this COVID thing, I was so tempted to do my own hair because after 7 months, my grow out was getting to be a bit to grown out... but I refrained, because I knew Jill was worth the wait!

Hands down, Jill has been my saving grace on multiple occasions. What makes her even more special is the time she takes to listen to her clients and understand what the end goal is. Each session starts with a one on one consult to discuss what treatments, colors, and processes are best for your hair type. Surprisingly, that can be hard to come by! Her studio is both welcoming and relaxing... and truly what you would expect to experience when getting your hair done.

I get my hair done every 12 weeks with Jill and love he outcome every time! As a natural brunette, I have never been as light as I am with the least amount of damage. She puts so much care into her work and explains everything really well. You won’t regret seeing her!
