Like many people, I order so much through Amazon that the idea of ordering from a company website seems like it will be a hassle. Exactly the opposite with RWS Stores! I realized —a day after placing my order—that I ordered the wrong Jay cushion. I called customer support and my call was immediately answered by Tony, who was really understanding and helpful.

He let me know that because he and his suppliers quickly process and drop-ship orders, it may be too late to change it, but he assured me that he’d do whatever he could to help and would call me back. Ten minutes later, my phone rang and he’d worked a miracle! Thanks for the prompt and courteous service!
