(July 15, 2023, 2:19 pm)Had an absolute blast today! Deb helped me today and she was SO friendly and she listened to me to make suggestions and they were spot on!! No pressure, just friendly banter while we tried pieces on. Then I met Mr. Miller - what a nice man!! I also dropped off a necklace for repair and my wedding ring for resizing, and I have no doubt they will be done beautifully.
What a great place - I’ve found my new jeweler!! You can’t go wrong here!! I can’t wait to come back!!
(July 10, 2023, 10:15 am)Great family run business with a wonderful staff. I have bought many nice items here over the years including my wife's engagement ring / wedding set. They have a beautiful selection and I and wouldn't go anywhere else for these important purchases.
(June 27, 2023, 12:52 pm)Went in to look at engagement rings not knowing how it would go. Showed Sandy, the saleswoman there what kind of ring and diamond I am looking for. She was able to help and pick out exactly the look we were going for. Very experienced and helpful staff made the process easy and not stressful. Would recommend all my friends there.
(June 8, 2023, 5:49 pm)I snapped my engagement ring lifting weights (lesson learned). I also needed them sized down so I figured I’d kill 2 birds with one stone. I took them to a jeweler local to me. When 1 month passed I called to check on the status and was told he was behind/busy. I called again a few weeks later and my ring still had not been touched so I picked it up. Today I brought it into Alan Millers and the person helping me was shocked at the time frame it sat without anything being done at the other jeweler. She told me a couple days. I was shocked. Well imagine my shock when it was mere hours later and I got the call they were done. And they looked fantastic! Happy customer!
