Fox Chase Apartments

I have been living at Fox Chase Apartments for 5-6 month.
My experience has been pretty positive overall. The location is fantastic with shopping and its close to the highway, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, it is a very safe area/neighborhood, and the rent is competitive.
My interactions with maintenance has been positive.
The only negative would be, as mentioned in other reviews, that the apartments are a bit dated, but I wouldn't consider it significant enough to be a deal breaker, to be honest.
I felt like leaving this review since there are a lot of negative reviews and this place definitely deserves a higher rating imo, although most appear to be specific to individual circumstances happening on/after moveout so I wouldn't know yet, to be fair.

I lived in Fox Chase for 6 years. While the price is higher than other apartments in the area, the quality of the entire place is a step up from all other Holland apartments. I thought the extra $100-200 per month was very much worth it, especially with the in-unit washer/dryer that was included. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the grounds are well-kept, clean, and pretty. The apartments are nicely laid-out and in good shape.

While there's lots of activity out during the day, I never had any problems with people being loud after dark.

I really couldn't have asked for a better apartment at the price point.
