Arrowhead Lake

My husband and I have been tenants for 4 years. Just paid off my home a couple of months ago and received my title within 30 days. We just renewed our lot lease because it's a really great place to live. Its quiet, safe and well maintained. The manager Beth is friendly, profession and I would highly recommend you give her a call and join our neighborhood.

I've lived here almost 4 yrs. I've seen alot of change and progress being made to the park. They've cleaned out the old abandoned trailers, Built a playground for the smaller kids, and continue to make it a better quiet place to live. I Don't see why people are so quick to bad mouth the park/management they've been doing a great job! Always quick to answer any questions/issues you may have. There not out to get people the way some have claimed. They simply want to make it.a quiet and safe place to live.

I've lived here 4 years, i pay my lot rent on time, i keep my yard clean, i follow the rules. Never had any problems with anyone, I'm next to the water, i fish & swim & enjoy my place. Neighbors are respectable also we look out for each other. I have noticed improvements & I'm glad to see the older homes being taken out & new homes coming in! That only brings the value of my home up. The condescending comments of management seems to be more personal then substantial. Keep up the good work managment & maintenance.
