I went to this location for the 1st time this evening and have to give a shout out to the great staff working there tonight!! They were super helpful and patient with me. I have been to the one on Holland Sylvania and Laskey, and they are all squeaky clean great gyms, but the staff at this location is the friendliest and most helpful :))

I first visited this location as it's nearest to my house, but not by much. So it's my home gym even though I frequent 5 or 6 different locations. This one is my favorite. The employees do a good job keeping things stocked and are always around cleaning, the layout is preferable to other locations, and it's typically not too busy, mostly regulars doing their routine at least during the hours I usually go. The only knock on this one is that the showers don't have as good of water pressure and don't get very hot as compared to others I've been to. But they're serviceable. Noah gave me my initial tour and was very knowledgeable and welcoming.

Overall, this is a good place to work out, especially cardio. Always clean and friendly staff, and the new black card area is very nice.

My only issue is with the temperature and humidity. This PF is noticeably warmer than the other area clubs. This causes the body to work harder to stay cool, which makes for much more uncomfortable cardio sessions. Not the case at other clubs (especially noticeable at the PF near Airport Hwy.) a few degrees cooler would be appreciated….I can’t take any more clothes off (that would cruel to your other guests if I did), but others could add an long sleeve or sweatpants.
