Arrived on time. First time seeing this process and was thoroughly impressed! Had a great experience. Tech was knowledgeable and very professional. I was shocked at the price and carpet was dry in just over an hour. Highly recommend for regular cleanings. I just had the cleaner done not the extractor truck but still was impressed

I called to have my carpets cleaned on a Friday and they came on Monday . Very impressed with the speed of service . They are very professional . If you have a tough area that needs attention , they will work on it until you are satisfied , and have the products to get your carpets looking great ! Carpets dry in about 2 (two) hours . Amazing ! Definitely recommend Lake ChemDry!

We've been with B of the W since they opened in TC, and we have ALWAYS been treated very well by any and all people there. They have helped us through some unscrupulous attempts at getting to our banking information, and they helped us with our HELOC as well. I always feel welcome there and know many of the people there on a first name basis. Great place because of the people who work there!
