(November 19, 2022, 2:43 pm)Luis was my service advisor and he was very friendly, he communicated with me thoroughly. I requested the technicians to check the amount of my brake pads while they had my tires off during rotation and he assured me that was no issue. He explained afterward my brake pads were at the wear marks and would need replaced soon. I waited less than 30 minutes after checking in for an oil change and tire rotation and everywhere else I have been it has been at least an hour wait. I will definitely be back for service

Despite the tight market for new Toyotas, they were able to get us a new vehicle before anyone else in the area. And Alvin was a great salesperson. He and the team maintained great communication with us and worked with us to accommodate our specific needs. Additionally, the entire process felt pressure-free.
