I spoke with Steven on the phone due to finding a large puddle of oil under my car after receiving an oil change from Penzoil in Northwood. He advised me to bring it in and he would check it out. Penzoil applied the wrong oil filter. He replaced the filter and filled the windshield washer fluid with two gallons of fluid in which Penzoil had said they topped off all fluids in my vehicle. They didn’t charge me anything for their service. I will be a customer from this point on forward. The professionalism was top notch.

I've went to this place and this guy in the past I find him to be well knowledge and he'll go extra mile make sure everything is Tip-Top shape he even tops off my coolant for me in and out 15 minutes excellent service reasonable prices can't beat it

Quick and professional. Went out of their way to show me when they were changing the fluids on the 4x4 service I paid for, since I've been burned before at a different company. I always go back to this store.

Came in for an oil change- they found a leak- repaired it for me sooooo quickly! On top of needing extra work done, I had all four of my children in the car- they went and got them drinks and momma some much needed caffeine! Talk about going above and beyond!
