I don’t know where to begin. Mike was amazing from when I first stepped foot in the door until the end. Was very informative with all the ratings of the diamonds as I was new to this and explained everything in great detail. Not pushy at all and stayed within the price range that I was wanting. Jeff the owner was amazing as well, he was present during the entire process and offering his input. What set them apart was the knowledge and expertise but the final selling point was when I was allowed to take the diamond outside to see it in the natural light. As we all know every diamond looks amazing under those bright lights but allowing me to experience it in the natural light before making my final decision was great. I can’t give this group of people enough praise. I will never go anywhere else for my diamonds.

Bought my engagement ring here and they couldn't have done a better job of helping me out! I had zero ring experience and they took the time to explain every detail of what to look for in a ring. They didn't rush me and explained things again when I didn't understand. I would definitely recommend any one who is looking for an engagement ring to go here.

I stopped in late this morning to see if they could help to fix my engagement ring. I have a three stone and about a year ago I lost the center stone. Gigi was amazing. She asked my budget and went to work. She looked at my ring and by sight was able to pick the perfect replacement stone, on the FIRST try - absolutely matched beautifully with the original side stones.

5 hours later, I had my ring back, along with a new beautiful anniversary band, and my original wedding band, all sized perfectly and polished like new. I will never shop anywhere else again!

I had a great experience shopping for an engagement ring at Jeffrey Mann Fine Jewelers. I was knowledgeable going in and they didn't try to BS me with industry lingo. Actually got to speak with Jeffrey Mann, whose actual voice and radio voice are the same. They had exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Oh, by the way, she said yes.

My experience was very relaxed and genuine. I had no clue about diamonds walking into their store. They spent the time to get to know me as person and then some time educating my on the diamond industry history to present day which I personally appreciated because their is great value with that knowledge. Then educated me on the diamonds themselves. Information obviously needed to make such a big decision. We walked through the process with ease because they listened to me and provided great feedback and options. The only pressure applied was to these diamonds!! I was respected and valued through the entire process. I felt very comfortable with my choice to move forward as I originally intended to shop around. That was no longer necessary.

Since announcing our engagement my fiance has received a lot and I mean a lot of compliments on her diamond ring which I'm very proud of finally making two good decisions in a row; asking for her hand in marriage and buying my ring from Jeffrey Mann Fine Jewelers!
