(July 15, 2021, 3:49 pm)Woodbridge Pines Apartments is located in a quant area of Irvine. The complex has lovely areas to relax and bbq with friends and family. We are fortunate to live in a complex with excellent customer service, management and maintenance staff. The apartments have spacious rooms and upgrades throughout with a private patio which makes for enjoyable living. It is fabulous to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. Thank you Woodbridge Pines Apartment team!
(May 21, 2021, 12:23 pm)The staff is great! Always very helpful, professional and friendly. The community is always clean. Whenever maintenance is required, the team gets the job done. I am very happy and I recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe place to live.
(May 21, 2021, 11:08 am)I had an amazing experience with Woodbridge Pines leasing team, especially Zyler Fuentes. He was so helpful, patient and spent time with me to accommodate my needs. I wouldn't have leased the apartment if it were not for him. He showed me how the complex is so clean, quiet, and luxurious. The best place for my kids to be safe and to enjoy their home. He also proved that the employees of Irvine company are so helpful which encouraged me to lease the apartment because he was a great example of how my family will be treated in our future home. Thank you, Zyler. Greatly appreciated.
(December 1, 2020, 5:16 pm)The staffs at Woodbridge Pines are friendly and helpful. All of our service requests were responded in a timely manner. All of the maintenance staffs ( Gerardo, Angel, Johnny) completed our service requests (leaking faucet, non-working dryer, clogged toilet) professionally. The staffs ( Kim, Craig and Ada) at the Leasing office always greeted us with smiles and offered timely assistance. We’re also pleased with the new windows and other amenities.
