(August 16, 2021, 9:44 pm)The hotel was clean and service was great. Was unhappy pool, gym and no continental breakfast due to COVID-19. But would definitely visit again.
(August 5, 2021, 8:55 am)My family and I stayed at the La Quinta Inn and suites Lakeline mall for a week. I know this hotel has not had a high rating, but my family and I have stayed here multiple times and continue to stay here because of the staff!!
The manager Tabby is just the sweetest thing. I got to know her quite well during my stay. She went out of her way to ensure my family was very comfortable this week. That is not new, she does so every time!
Nico, well he seems to know where everything is & if you need something then he is definitely a go to guy. He is also one of the most polite young men I’ve ever met. That’s pretty rare these days.
Moe was my granddaughter’s favorite. He was very kind & even came to our room when we had a problem with our internet, which was fixed by the way. He too was a sweetheart.
The rooms are always very clean, they are spacious, well set up, most of the time beds are comfortable, linens are clean, the pool is clean and well-maintained, they keep their facility clean & here they are always willing to help should the need arise. The cleaning staff is also very good & the people I came in contact with were helpful & especially the gentleman, wish I’d gotten his name. The only thing that I want back is the Buffet breakfast. I really miss those waffles LOL. They do put together a little breakfast package for us to pick up in the morning and there’s always good coffee 24/7 which pleased my husband, I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!
(July 2, 2021, 3:01 am)LOCAL REVIEW! Our house was being renovated, We found a deal + accepted our FURRY KIDS! Turned out to be FANTASTIC!!! OWNER/MGT = PHENOMENAL. STAFF WAS LIKE FAMILY
