The gentleman working there named Will provided exemplary service. He fully addressed and answered all of our questions as we worked through the process of purchasing a new phone. Will also made sure the new phone was dialed in we were good to go. Great customer service and an outstanding and helpful vibe.

Very patient and knowledgeable. Helped in the best way they could considering in the end the issue with the phone couldn't be fixed by anyone at Verizon. I just had to get a new one & they had some in store that suited my needs well enough.

Will was awesome. When I was there several customers came in and some were difficult. Will was very calm and respectful and handled every customer with patience and professionalism. He really knows how to deal with customers! Will deserves a raise…i don’t think I could have been so calm and professional! Will was GREAT!

Nicole is the best! She helped me transfer all the numbers from my mom's old flip phone to her new one. While I was there, she looked up my account and changed my plan to save me money. She also found a promo for me to get the newest phone I had been wanting! There was a problem on the account and she worked diligently until she was able to resolve the problem and get me the new phone. Nicole went above and beyond for me! She is very compassionate and wonderful at her job. She cares about her customers!
