My stay was terrific! I was able to check in by 2pm very quick and easy, the staff answered all questions. The room was beautiful. The parking was okay, the valet did a wonderful job but sometimes they wouldn’t answer the phone when I needed to have my car out. A little bit expensive for valet I wish we were able to do it ourselves especially since it’s hard to get parking in downtown phoenix sometimes so other than that it was great.
