(February 25, 2020, 4:50 pm)I used Home Instead for five months when I was waiting for my husband to get into a skilled living facility, and I was pleased with the admitting experience, the schedule, the administrators, and the caregivers. The aides were here on time, and if for any reason a caregiver couldn't fulfill her schedule, someone else from Home Instead was always here. I would recommend Home Instead services to anyone!

They’re are very easy to communicate with about shifts and clients. The office is always available for calls or concerns. Most importantly they are always trying to make the best fits between caregivers and clients, and working to meet everyone’s schedules .

The office folks are very helpful, kind and generous. They offer fun times during the year for caregivers and often provide us with gifts. Great job.

The schedule is very flexible and they have been wonderful with getting me hour's.. I really do look forward to going to work.. If you have a compassionate heart & a true love for helping other's, this company is for you! They are a Christian company and it show's in the way they treat their employees and client's..
