I like cricket service. I've been with them for years now and haven't really had a problem. I usually go to the store near me on reynolds rd. The employee there named Brian is really knowledgeable, friendly. I really like him. He does such a good job and he really knows his stuff. I really trust him to give me the answers that I I need with my phone. Unfortunately it took me several months to get this affordable connectivity benefit. Cricket kept saying I had it with them so I couldn't get it with them which made no sense but finally I did. The service is good but when it comes to certain aspects, it can be very difficult to get that sorted out.

Got in quickly, after calling all the Cricket stores in Toledo, we found one open until 8:00 pm. After racing to the store, they were exceptionally quick. Cool store... Cricket is back.

Very helpful in setting up new phones. Great transfer of info from old phone. Took time to answer all questions.
