The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences in the types of inserts that they sell. Answered all of our questions and offered some great suggestions. We will purchase your new fireplace from them this fall and will recommend them to all of our family and friends. John is a great salesman!

I love their store, it's quiet and you get personal attention. We are considering switching to a gas fireplace- and even though we have not made a purchase yet, they answered all of our questions and were very helpful. Thanks a ton!
