I struggled with my lower back pain for 3 years. It was my first acupuncture experience and I loved it. Dr. Lee was very kind, easy to talk to, and gentle. He really knows his stuff and took his time with me. He was professional and conscientious. During the intake, he asked lots of questions about my back pain and preceded with acupuncture. In addition, Dr. Lee was very informative, explaining different reasons for my discomfort and how I might be able to prevent it in the future. Overall, I extremely satisfied with acupuncture. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience at this clinic and appreciated the high level of service. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me and address my issues. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. This was the most welcoming acupuncturist I've ever visited. I love how much attention to detail they show at this clinic. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something which really puts my mind at ease. I've been other acupuncture clinics that left me unattended for quite a while in the appointment room, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
