I am very satisfied with my purchase. Right when I came in the sales department took time with me and directed me where to go. Both guys who worked with me really know what quality is. I never felt pressured to buy anything and had every questions answered. I will return in the future. They also have a great selection of home decor as well. I 100% recommend this store to everyone.

Awesome store with a great selection and even better service! This was our second big purchase from here and we’ll definitely be back if we ever need furniture again. We actually bought a couch and on our way out saw another one we liked better, so we asked Coach if he could switch our order and he did it without a problem. Thanks so much Value City Furniture!

Spoke with Jeff today my original orders were placed mid September through the end of October.He was able to give me a Christmas gift by sending me three of six pieces of my sectional which weren’t due until February and March of next year! I really appreciate that he went above and beyond to make sure that I had something versus none of the sectional. Awesome customer service during these trying times. KUDOS JEFF???

I shopped with a gentleman by the name of Coach! He was helpful, attentive, and all around awesome! The store gets five stars because of him. The lady manager that was there when I was in was rather rude to her employees in front of the customers. She did not seem to have enough time to help with a customer issue and seemed angry when she had to swipe her card to get past a computer problem.

My wife and I could not of had a better experience at VCF Toledo looking to purchase a new six (6) piece sectional unit. The moment we walked through the door we were greeted with kindness that wasn't overly aggressive. The selections were plentiful at affordable pricing. Much respect and gratitude to the store manager Carol Dean and the warehouse associate David for complete satisfaction from start to finish! Second to none!!
