Drove from Detroit to see Caitlin. The shop is well lite and clean. She did my daughter industrial bar. My daughter said there was no pain. We had a scheduled appointment and we were seen on time. Actually 10 minutes early. She went over the do’s and don’ts. We return for additional piercings soon.

Hands down one of the best experiences I've had. Every step was explained, pricing was amazing as was the selection. Beautiful clean shop. If you're thinking of getting anything pierced, absolutely go here.

Caitlin is the best piercer around hands down. Not only is the shop clean and inviting, they also have the biggest selection of jewelry it will be hard to not find something that you want. Caitlin is very professional yet extremely personable and she makes you feel comfortable and relaxed as you go through the piercing process. The best thing of all, she knows exactly what she is talking about and it’s obvious she wants the best for all customers. I will never be able to set foot into another piercing shop once I went and visited Caitlin. I cannot stress enough how fantastic she is for your piercing and jewelry needs.

I have gone to Caitlin for all my piercings and piercing needs. She takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you are educated about piercings and care. I also took my 6 year to have her ears done and Caitlin explained every step to her and made her feel so comfortable. Not to mention her knowledge and training and only providing the best products to her customers. Will be a forever customer!!

I love Caitlin! She’s so skilled at piercing and really knows her stuff. I’ve had several piercings done by Caitlin and each time I have felt nothing when she pierced me. She’s also a super nice person. Highly recommend going to her, even if you’ve never had a piercing before. She just knows how to connect with you and ease your mind.
