Massage chair and beds, tanning and clean showers and locker room.
Lots of machines but your are limited in the free weight Dept. All weight bar based exercises (bench, squat, etc) require use of a Smith Machine. So if you’re looking for more of a free weight experience with a bar, this may not be the spot for you. However dumbbells are available up to 75 LBs ....Maybe a little more as I don’t go that high.
Love the HydroMassage beds. Unlimited guests if you are a black card member.
