Waterville Family Physicians

The only issue I have with this office is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to someone on the phone. You are better off going into the office with a simple question than calling. You have to wait on hold for ages and are lucky if someone eventually answers. But everyone here is very nice and professional, I just wish I could get them on the phone.

I see Dr. Bostleman at this office and have had a great experience with her. With Dr. Bostleman working part-time I would need to see another Dr. at this location if I can't get an urgent appointment with her; although I haven't had to do this because I've been able to see Dr. Bostleman. The staff at the office is friendly and professional. I see negative reviews state an issue with the phone system however I haven't had such an issue so maybe it was fixed...anyway I'm happy to be a patient.

I have never seen an office where you can call with an acute illness and be seen in SUCH a timely manner! I hear other people say they wait a week to be seen for an acute problem at other offices! It shocks me to hear that. I may be on hold for a bit but i know I will get an appointment-maybe not the exact time I want but I will be seen. The doctors at WFP and the staff truly care.
