This was my second purchase and from beginning to end the customer service could not have been more impressive. The choice, quality, price and installation of their product is very competitive, but what is more outstanding is how they treat you as a customer. After several months I had an issue with the carpet they had installed. Monica immediately visited my home and agreed that there was a problem and that she would have her installation foreman take a look at it. He visit was also prompt and he concurred that the carpet needed to be replaced. Not only was the carpet replaced but the padding as well. They wanted me to have "fresh and new" just as I had originally paid for. I cannot tell you how touched i was by this gesture and will never go anywhere else for my floor furnishing. I have NEVER dealt with a more professional team who is dedicated to customer service.”
